Class Descriptions

Intro to Yoga/Pilates is a class for absolute beginners.  Styles will alternate every other week with yoga the 1, 3 & 5th weeks and Pilates the 2, 4 & 6th.  3 sessions/$45, 6 sessions/$75 (Pre-registration Required)

Gentle Yoga is a hatha style yoga class that incorporates pranayama (breathe work), asana (poses), mediation and relaxation.

Yin/Yang Yoga Flow is a challenging, yet restorative class that incorporates poses from the yin and Hatha yoga traditions to create an overall mind, body, spirit cleanse.

Vinyasa Yoga is a more challenging style of yoga that connects series of poses with a consistent breath and movement. This class offers strength building both physically and mentally and also incorporates meditation and relaxation.

Yoga & Pilates Combo is a blend of yoga poses and Pilates exercises aimed at improving and maintaining the overall health of your mind, body and spirit.

Pilates uses the mind-body connection in conjunction with a series of exercises unique to the Pilates method to build a strong core and a flexible spine. Feel challenged and renewed as you bend, roll and stretch your spine while building a stronger core.
